Our very own beef raised locally in Lancaster County, Pa.  The beef is processed with  Certified Organic Processors-- N. S. Troutman & Sons in Freesburg, Pa and Leona Meat Plant in Troy, Pa.  All beef  is frozen in vacuum sealed  (except Canine Cuts)  to preserve flavor and freshness. 

You may purchase our beef at our farm store in Manheim, Pa and through a few other small business locations. Here at our farm store, we have four large chest freezers chock full of beef cuts.  You  pick the cuts and quanities you want and pay per pound.  Please click  here for the current price list.

We had many request from customers to carry raw milk and here it is!  State approved, of course, it is produced by the Jonathan Summy Family of Fertile  Valley Farm in Myerstown, Pa.  Fertile Valley Farm is a small, family owned and operated farm in Lebanon County, PA.  They use no r BST on their cows.
